Particle and liquid filtration packages that protect downstream equipment and meet discharge limits. Includes media and multi media filters, cartridge and coalescing filters, and tank breather and exhaust filters.

Activated Carbon Water Contactor

Granular activated carbon fixed bed water contactor for dechlorination, taste and odour, dissolved organic carbon, and emerging contaminant polishing in drinking water and process water.

Capacity: 5–2,000 m³/h

Coalescing Filtration Skid

Two stage coalescer and separator skid that removes fine dispersed hydrocarbons and solids from water down to single digit ppm. It is the polishing stage after gravity separation.

Capacity: 2–200 m³/h

Multi Media Filter

Multi media filter for suspended solids and turbidity removal upstream of activated carbon polishing, reverse osmosis, or process reuse in water treatment trains.

Capacity: 5–500 m³/h

Adsorption based gas systems for drying, sweetening, and on site supply. The range covers natural gas dehydration, nitrogen and hydrogen PSA, air dryers, and vapour recovery units, built to ASME and PED.

Biogas Upgrading Unit

PSA biogas upgrading unit using carbon molecular sieve to separate carbon dioxide from methane and deliver grid quality bio methane from anaerobic digester biogas or landfill gas.

Capacity: 50–2,000 Nm³/h raw biogas

Gas Sweetening Unit

Molecular sieve and impregnated carbon gas sweetening unit for H₂S, CO₂, and mercaptan removal from natural gas, refinery gas, and LPG streams.

Capacity: 0.5–500 MMSCFD

Heatless Desiccant Air Dryer

Twin tower heatless desiccant compressed air dryer using activated alumina or silica gel for instrument and process air to pressure dew points below minus 40 °C.

Capacity: 50–10,000 Nm³/h

Hydrogen PSA Purification Package

On site hydrogen PSA package using a layered adsorbent bed for high purity hydrogen recovery from steam methane reformer off gas or electrolyser product.

Capacity: 50–50,000 Nm³/h H₂

Mercury Guard Bed

Sulphur impregnated activated carbon mercury guard bed for natural gas, condensate, and refinery streams to protect cryogenic and brazed aluminium equipment from mercury attack.

Capacity: 0.1–500 MMSCFD

Oxygen VPSA Package

On site vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) oxygen generation package delivering 90 to 95 percent oxygen for medical, aquaculture, ozone generation, and metals applications.

Capacity: 50–2,500 Nm³/h O₂ (90–95 % purity)

PSA Nitrogen Generation Package

On site pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator using carbon molecular sieve. It delivers nitrogen at 95 to 99.999 percent purity for blanketing, purging, and inerting, with no dependence on delivered gas.

Capacity: 5–5,000 Nm³/h N₂

Transformer Breather Cartridge System

Pre packaged stainless steel transformer breather cartridge with indicating silica gel for grid transformer moisture protection across the high voltage transmission and distribution network.

Capacity: 0.5–25 kVA transformer to 800 kV substation

Twin Tower TSA Gas Dehydration Unit

Continuous duty temperature swing adsorption dehydration package for natural gas, engineered by SorbiTech to ASME VIII and PED, with an integrated regeneration heater and cooler.

Capacity: 0.5–200 MMSCFD (custom engineered)

Vapour Recovery Unit (VRU)

Activated carbon vapour recovery unit for tank farms, loading racks, and process vents to capture and recover hydrocarbons before stack release.

Capacity: 50–10,000 Nm³/h vent gas

Skid mounted systems that clean and recover process liquids. Typical duties are wash water recycling, used oil and fuel polishing, and industrial water treatment, supplied as compact, ready to run units.

CIP CIL Gold Carbon Plant

Carbon in pulp (CIP) and carbon in leach (CIL) gold recovery plant using high activity coconut shell granular activated carbon to recover gold cyanide from leach slurry.

Capacity: 10–200 t/h ore throughput

Vehicle Wash Water Recycling Skid

Compact wash water recycling skid for car, truck, bus, and heavy equipment wash bays with staged CPI separation, coalescing polishing, and activated carbon adsorption.

Capacity: 0.5–50 m³/h

Gravity and coalescing separators that split oil, water, and solids. We engineer CPI, API, and coalescing separators and grease interceptors for produced water, refinery effluent, and industrial wash water.

CPI Oil Water Separator

Corrugated plate interceptor that separates free oil and settleable solids from produced and industrial water to below 10 ppm. Compact, with no moving parts.
